Refunds
All our products are filled, handled & packaged with attention to detail and are inspected thoroughly before shipping.
All sales are final with no refunds, however in the event you have an issue with your product, we offer alternatives. In such instances, do let us know by contacting us. We are happy to replace the product if the issue is from our end and it meets the criteria's below.
Exchanges
Kindly note that we only exchange items if they were mixed up during order processing, or wrongly delivered to you. If this is the case, kindly send us an email at askdparfumgirl@gmail.com or call (234) 08174851930 WITHIN 24-48 HOURS after mix-up or wrong delivery is noticed for further directives.
There are certain situations where products will not be exchanged:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or item has been opened and used or there are missing part(s) for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 2 days after delivery.
Client is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. (unless otherwise agreed by parties) Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
